MSAKE-Kenya SRT CAMP 2025

The International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA), founded in 1951, is one of the world’s oldest and largest student-run organizations. It represents, connects and engages every day with an inspiring and engaging network of more than 1.5 million medical students from 133 countries (NMOs) in 123 countries around the globe.It has multiple partners including but not limited to the World Health Organization (WHO), International Student Surgical Network (InciSion), World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA), and The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS).

A Sub-Regional Training (SRT) is a capacity building approach aimed at delivering training sessions and workshops for members within the region. Sub-Regional Trainings (SRTs) are a cornerstone of the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA). These events bring together medical students from different countries to learn new skills, exchange knowledge, and network.
